Responsibilities:
LUCECO GROUP designs and manufactures LED lighting systems (internal/external), electrical wiring accessories (circuit protection, sockets, switches), portable power (EV charging and extension cables) and cable management solutions for residential and specification markets across the globe.
Its portfolio of respected brands includes British General (BG), SyncEV, Luceco Lighting, Masterplug, Kingfisher Lighting, DW Windsor, Nexus, D-Line and Ross.
We are looking for a passionate, versatile and highly creative bursting with ideas to help us create best in class standards of marketing communications, both online and offline for new product launches, campaigns, brand development and retail marketing. You will work within an ambitious and dedicated team of marketers and designers on a hybrid basis from our offices in Telford.
Job Description:
As Senior Creative you will join our Art Direction Team in helping create ‘out of the box’ creative concepts and highly professional artwork for a variety of materials that will help drive sales growth, ensuring brand guidelines and templates are adhered to right across our brand portfolio. You will be responsible for both online and offline projects, actively engaging in communication with key stakeholders, and collaborating closely with our marketing, sales and product management teams.
Lastly, your role will involve a focus on personal development, including regular training in new software including AI and skills development as an integral part of your role.
Ideal candidate:
About You: We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of commercial experience, expertly working with the Adobe CC Suite, with working knowledge in Adobe 3D Substance, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma and other software would be very beneficial and add an extra flare to the work you produce. You’ll have a creative marketing mind for compelling headlines and advertising campaigns as well.
In addition you’ll also need to have:-
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess an organised, methodical and consistent approach to work.
- The ability to present and communicate with other stakeholders confidently and effectively is essential.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain organised file structures and documentation for easy accessibility.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in an open-plan studio, contributing to our positive working culture.
- Carry an exceptional eye for detail, interpreting briefs, identifying spelling and grammar errors.
- Enthusiasm to learn new design software and keep up with industry trends.
