The principal responsibility of this role is to achieve specification of Luceco’s lighting range, and to then manage that specification through to order stage, all the while motivating and improving customer engagement.
Specification will be achieved predominantly via architects, consultants, contractors, and end users.
The successful candidate will be subject to agreed targets and KPI’s.
Manage lighting projects from concept stage to completion.
Proactively generate and grow customer relationships.
Work closely with internal and external teams for the benefit of the project and the brand.
Contribute to product development when requested.
Present samples to customers.
Maintain CRM system to a high standard.
Monitor and manage margin to expectation.
Develop and manage new business opportunities.
Maintain individual knowledge and skill set via internal and external training programs.
Proven experience in lighting or controls specification – ESSENTIAL.
Have a strong technical background – ESSENTIAL.
Proven experience with software packages such as Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, and Relux or Dialux.
