We (Luceco Group) recently completed the acquisition of SyncEV, a small but rapidly growing business in the residential EV charging product category and professional installer sector.
| Managing product specification between UK Product Management and China Product Engineering Teams
Understand project priorities on speed and cost to ensure projects are delivered on time and to correct requirements Concept and initial 3D designs to assist China Product Engineering Teams Reviewing final designs to ensure all options and 3rd party components are considered Manage testing and schedules with in-house teams to ensure target delivery with required compliance to legal requirements Support internal teams with regards to product information and knowledge requirements Communicate new products throughout the business and support Product Managers on product delivery to sales Assess market competition Provide data for product information on internal systems |
| Assist in artwork creation to ensure correct product specification is communicated
Identify existing product ranges for design improvement

Ideal candidate:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in product design and development
Experience in plastic enclosures
Proficient use of 3D CAD software is essential (Solidworks is preferred)
Highly motivated and driven
